This page explains how users and client businesses can request deletion of data processed by Danson Marketing Ltd and Danson AI, including data connected through Meta and Google integrations.
How to request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include the email address, business name, channel, or account details needed to identify the relevant data. We may ask for verification before processing a request.
Google Calendar data
If you connected Google Calendar to Danson AI, you can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. You can also request deletion of stored calendar integration data by emailing [email protected] with the subject “Google data deletion request”.
After revocation or deletion, Danson AI will no longer be able to check availability, create calendar events, or update appointments through the disconnected Google account.
Meta data
For WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram data processed through Danson AI, email [email protected] with the subject “Meta data deletion request” and include the business page, phone number, Instagram account, or conversation details needed to identify the data.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or platform compliance obligations.
