Automate the work your team shouldn't be doing.
Workflow automation, CRM syncing, payment flows, reporting pipelines. If your team does it more than twice a week and it doesn't need judgement, it shouldn't be a job.
Automation that saves hours, not "transformation initiatives".
Most teams have a list of repetitive tasks that quietly eat 10–20 hours a week: copying leads from one system to another, generating invoices, chasing late payments, building monthly reports, sending appointment reminders, syncing calendars across tools.
None of these need a human. All of them need a human today, in your business, because nobody has had time to wire them up properly. We do that wiring — pragmatically, in a few weeks, with proper monitoring so when something does break (and it will, occasionally) you find out before your customers do.
Three things, every project.
Hours back, every week
Most engagements free 10–40 hours of recurring manual work per month. We measure it, not estimate it.
Reliability you can audit
Every automation logs what it did, when, and to which record. When something goes sideways, the trail is right there.
No vendor lock-in
Built on tools you already pay for or open standards. If you ever fire us, the automations keep running.
Four weeks. Real time saved.
Time audit
Week 1. We sit with your team and map exactly where the hours go. Most teams discover surprises in this step alone.
Pick the wins
Week 1. We rank by hours saved × ease of automation, then quote the top 3–5 as a fixed-scope sprint.
Build & wire
Weeks 2–3. APIs connected, flows built, edge cases handled. Tested against your real data, not a dummy spreadsheet.
Monitor & tune
Week 4 onwards. Live monitoring, alerting on failures, and 30 days of fine-tuning included.
Things you've probably been meaning to fix.
Lead routing & CRM sync
Form fills, ad enquiries, WhatsApp leads — all into the right CRM, with the right tags, assigned to the right person, instantly.
Appointment reminders
SMS / WhatsApp / email reminders, confirmations, and reschedule links. No-shows drop measurably within a month.
Invoice & payment flows
Auto-generate invoices in Xero / QuickBooks, send via Stripe / PayPal, chase overdue payments politely on schedule.
Calendar coordination
Cross-team availability, automated round-robin booking, buffer times, holiday handling — without anyone "managing the calendar".
Reporting pipelines
Pull from GA4, Ads platforms, your CRM, your finance system — into one dashboard, refreshed nightly. No more Monday morning Excel.
Onboarding flows
New customer or new hire? Trigger account creation, doc generation, welcome emails, and access provisioning automatically.
Before you brief us.
Do you use Zapier / Make, or build custom?
Both, depending on the job. Zapier and Make are perfect for simple flows — we'll happily set those up. For anything that runs at volume, needs custom logic, or has to be reliable to the second, we build it properly in code. We pick the cheapest option that won't break.
What does a typical engagement cost?
A focused automation sprint (3–5 flows) typically lands at £4,000–£10,000. Bigger pipelines and custom integrations scale from there. Most clients pay it back in saved labour cost within 2–4 months.
What if the underlying tool changes its API?
It happens. Optional retainers cover ongoing maintenance — typically £200–£600/mo depending on flow count. Without a retainer, we offer a 30-day warranty on every build, then quote fixes as they arise.
Can you work with our existing tools?
Almost certainly. We've integrated HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, Salesforce, monday.com, ClickUp, Notion, Airtable, Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, PayPal, Calendly, Cal.com, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, Twilio, SendGrid, and more. If it has an API, we can wire it.
What about security?
API credentials stored in a secrets manager, never in code. Least-privilege access. Audit logs by default. UK-GDPR-compliant. We can sign DPAs and NDAs before scoping.
