The challenge

A mid-size estate agency with 14 agents was losing weekend viewings to faster-responding competitors. Enquiries came in on WhatsApp, Facebook, their website, and Rightmove — landing in four separate inboxes, sometimes unanswered for 18+ hours.

What we built

We deployed Danson AI across all four channels with a unified inbox and a property knowledge base fed from their CRM. The agent qualifies buyer intent, pulls live listing availability, books viewings into agents' Google Calendars, and routes anything non-routine to a human within minutes.

The challenge

A dental group with three clinics had a receptionist problem — not too few, too many phone calls. Staff were spending 60% of their shift answering the same five questions ("do you accept this insurance?" "what time do you open?" "how much is a cleaning?") instead of serving patients in front of them.

What we built

Danson AI on web chat, WhatsApp, and the clinic's main phone line. It answers routine questions from a knowledge base we built from their treatment menu and insurance panel. It books directly into their practice management software (Dentally) and only escalates clinical questions or complex cases to humans.

An agency automated its monthly client reporting — and kept 40 billable hours a month

The challenge

A marketing agency was burning 10–12 hours per month per client on data gathering and report writing across GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Search Console. With 15 retainer clients, that was two full-time-equivalents of work that couldn't be billed.

What we built

We built a custom reporting pipeline that pulls data from each platform API nightly, stores it in a warehouse, and uses an LLM to generate a draft commentary per client — written in the agency's house voice. Account managers review, tweak, and send. What took 10 hours now takes 90 minutes.
