These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Danson AI SaaS platform, the dansonmarketing.co.uk/ website, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Danson Marketing Ltd. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service description
Danson AI is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing AI-powered customer communication and automation across WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, web chat, and phone, with calendar and CRM integrations and payment processing. We also offer custom software development, business process automation, digital marketing, and web development as separate engagements.
2. Account registration
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your business. You must provide accurate information, maintain credential confidentiality, and notify us of unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to: send unsolicited bulk messages (spam); impersonate; violate any law or third-party platform terms including Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Messenger/Instagram Platform Policies; process unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content; attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Services; or compete with us by reselling the platform without written permission.
4. Intellectual property
Danson retains rights in the Services. You retain ownership of uploaded content (FAQs, knowledge base, brand voice samples). You grant us a licence to process this content solely to provide the Services.
5. Third-party integrations
The Services rely on Meta Platforms, Anthropic/OpenAI, Stripe/PayPal, Google/Microsoft calendar APIs, and CRM platforms. Your use of these is subject to each provider’s own terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, or policies.
5.1 Google Calendar integration
If you connect Google Calendar, you authorise Danson AI to access the Google account and calendar data required to provide appointment scheduling, availability checking, event creation, event updates, and related AI receptionist workflows. You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to connect the relevant Google account and calendar.
You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time through Danson AI where available or by revoking access in your Google Account settings. Once disconnected, calendar-dependent features may stop working until access is restored.

7. Fees and billing
Subscription tiers: Starter (£499/month), Growth (£1,499/month), Enterprise (custom). All prices exclusive of VAT where applicable. Billed monthly in advance. Price changes communicated 30 days in advance. Fees non-refundable except where required by law. Late payment may incur interest under the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
8. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance (48 hours notice) and force majeure. Service credits may be issued per tier SLA.
9. Limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury due to negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time, effective at end of current billing period. We may suspend for material breach, non-payment, or security risk. Data retained 30 days post-termination for recovery, then permanently deleted (subject to statutory retention).
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution via written communication within 30 days before escalating.
